We will process your order within 2-3 days and arrange for an exchange as per your request. The exchange will follow standard shipping procedures and logistics. Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order, and within the next 5-8 days, you will receive the re-dispatched item. All exchange costs will be covered by us.
